Contabo sells the most RAM and cores for the money: Cloud VPS 4 has 4 vCPU and 8 GB for €4.40 a month on a 24-month term (about ₹470). It has an India location in Navi Mumbai, but locations outside the EU add a monthly surcharge that Contabo shows only in its customer panel. Small plans use SSD and slower ports, and support is basic.
